Terms
Last updated 27 September 2026
Two different things are covered here. Sections 1–3 are the terms for this website. Sections 4–9 are the terms on which we supply the YoRally platform to a club. If your club has signed its own agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever it differs from this page.
1. Who we are
YoRally is a club sport management platform operated from Ireland. Contact: support@yorally.com.
2. Using this website
You may read this site, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not copy its design, text or code for a competing product, scrape it in bulk, or try to interfere with it or with the systems behind it.
The names of sports, clubs, members and bookings shown anywhere on this site are examples we invented. They do not describe a real club, a real person or a real booking, and any resemblance to one is coincidence.
3. Prices and what this page is not
The prices on the home page are our standard plans at the date above. They are in euro, per month, billed annually, and exclude VAT. They are an invitation to talk, not an offer you can accept by clicking — there is no signup or checkout on this site. A contract exists only when we have both agreed one in writing. We may change published prices; a change never affects a term you have already paid for.
Descriptions of features on this site are a good-faith summary of what the platform does today. Some capability depends on what your club enables.
4. The service
We supply the YoRally platform as a hosted service for the club's subscription term. The club gets the plan it signed up for, our reasonable efforts to keep the service available, and support by email at support@yorally.com. We improve the service continuously; we will not remove a material feature a club relies on without notice.
5. The club's responsibilities
- Keep administrator accounts secure, and remove people who leave.
- Make sure the club is entitled to give us the member data it uploads, and give its members a privacy notice covering it.
- Set the club's own booking, cancellation and refund rules, and communicate them. YoRally enforces the rules the club configures; it does not set them.
- Use the service lawfully, and not to store content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
6. Payments, members and refunds
Subscription fees are invoiced annually in advance unless we agree otherwise, and are due within 30 days. We may suspend a materially overdue account after telling the club first.
Money between a club and its members is the club's. Court fees, membership fees, token purchases and event payments are contracts between the member and the club. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and refunds are decided and issued by the club under the club's own policy, not by YoRally.
7. Data
The club's data stays the club's. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice and in the data processing agreement that forms part of the club's contract. On termination the club may export its data; we delete or anonymise what remains after 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
8. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep YoRally up, but no online service is perfect, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability unless a signed agreement says so. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where we can.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss or for lost profit, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees the club paid us in that period.
9. Ending it, changes, and law
Either side may decline to renew at the end of a term. Either side may end the contract immediately if the other commits a material breach and does not fix it within 30 days of being told. We may update these terms; for a material change to a club's terms we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and a club that does not accept the change may end the contract at the change date and receive a pro rata refund of fees paid for the unused period.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
